Sell the same stuff at higher margins. Give the same service, give the same value. Don’t cut corners. Can you get the same client outcomes by systemising putting more process in place? Cut the fat.

Sell more of the same stuff to the same people. Increase retention by creating deeper connections with customers. Maybe, over management of certain customer touch points? Create and reward loyalty.

Sell enhanced stuff to the same people: add improvements and bolt ons. Ask customers about what else they need and create extras to help.

Sell more of the same stuff to new people. You may be in a niche. Who has similar needs and problems? Are there other niches you could experiment in?

Develop a totally new service and / or partner up with another business. Develop a new product not just enhancements. Find new problems to solve within your existing market.

Sell stuff in a new way. How do your customers pay. Could a subscription work, maybe a payment plan? Can you bundle products or services?
